Miba, Zollern suffer German court defeat over appeal of blocked bearings JV

Miba and Zollern suffered a setback at a Düsseldorf court today, where the bearings makers saw a rejection of their legal challenge of a block of their joint venture by the German antitrust regulator.
The higher regional court in Düsseldorf dismissed the companies’ complaint as “inadmissible”, the court told MLex.
