Meyer’s appeal to expand allegations, use economic evidence dismissed by Hong Kong court in diesel-cartel case

Meyer Aluminium failed today to receive approval to expand its allegation of collusion between diesel suppliers Shell Hong Kong and Taching Petroleum and to use economic evidence to calculate the potential damages suffered from the alleged cartel, a Hong Kong court ruled.
