Meta will see Instagram GDPR case over children's data decided soon by EDPB (*correct)

Meta Platforms will see an Irish data-protection case against its Instagram service sent to the umbrella group of EU data protection authorities as early as this week, MLex has learned*. 
In cross-border GDPR cases, the lead regulator for the company under investigation makes a draft decision, which is then reviewed
