Merging parties' environmental, social commitments 'not compelling,' US FTC Chair Khan says

Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina Khan today said merging parties’ commitments to environmental, social and governance factors were never compelling as a reason to “bless” an illegal merger.
Khan appeared today alongside Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Kanter before the Senate Oversight Committee for a hearing on federal enforcement of antitrust
