McGraw-Hill, Cengage deal clears New Zealand regulatory hurdle, following textbook-market probe

University textbook publishers McGraw-Hill and Cengage's plans to merge have cleared a regulatory hurdle in New Zealand after the country's competition regulator announced today the presence of other major publishers in the country and smaller suppliers of particular subjects, meant the markets would remain competitive.
