Matsuo exits US capacitors price-fixing trial on third day, leaving Nippon Chemi-Con to fight alone

Matsuo has dropped out of an ongoing US capacitors price-fixing trial, leaving Nippon Chemi-Con and subsidiary United Chemi-Con to fight on alone, the judge in the case announced today.
