Mastercard, Sainsbury's ink UK settlement in card-fee litigation

Mastercard has reached an out-of-court settlement with UK retailer J Sainsbury after years of fighting up and down the English court system over the impact of anticompetitive conduct in setting card fees. The terms of the deal are confidential.
