Mastercard and retailers claiming damages told to resolve pre-trial witness dispute themselves

Mastercard must agree with Asda, Argos and Wm Morrison over recalling the payment card operator’s factual witnesses for an antitrust damages trial brought by the retailers over inflated card fees, a UK judge has said.
