Marine Harvest loses appeal of EU merger fine

Norwegian seafood company Marine Harvest has lost its appeal of an October 2017 European court ruling that upheld a 20 million-euro EU fine ($22.3 million) for having gone ahead with its buyout of salmon producer Morpol before getting regulatory approval.
