Malaysia's anti-graft chief steps down, denies external pressure to quit

Malaysia's anti-corruption chief has resigned. In a statement, Latheefa Koya said today that she had written to the country's new prime minister, Muhyiddin Yassin, on Monday, to say that she intended to resign as head of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, or MACC.
