MakeMyTrip faces court setback over Indian parity-clause antitrust decision

Nasdaq-listed MakeMyTrip has failed again in its attempt to block an Indian antitrust order, with an Indian appellate tribunal on Thursday rejecting the online-travel portal’s attempt to obtain an interim stay.
