MakeMyTrip faces court setback over Indian parity-clause antitrust decision

Nasdaq-listed MakeMyTrip has failed again in its attempt to block an Indian antitrust order, with an Indian appellate tribunal on Thursday rejecting the online-travel portal’s attempt to obtain an interim stay.

MakeMyTrip, or MMT, had gone to the tribunal to challenge the behavioral remedies imposed in October 2022 by the Competition Commission of India,
