Mainami Aviation attacks rival's fuel quality control in Japanese antitrust appeal suit

Mainami Aviation Services, in an appeal against a fine and a corrective order for monopolization handed down by Japan’s competition regulator, has criticized the fuel quality control at SGC Saga Aviation and argued that its conduct wasn't intended to exclude the rival’s refueling business, MLex has learned.
