Lundbeck's pay-for-delay opinion from top court delayed to June 4, generics opinions scrapped

Lundbeck will have to wait a while longer for an EU legal opinion on its challenge of a 94 million-euro EU pay-for delay fine ($106 million), with the date pushed back from tomorrow to June 4, MLex has learned.
Advocate General Juliane Kokott has also decided not to issue opinions
