Loopholes in API probes should be fixed through new rules, China cabinet advisor says

Loopholes in the rules governing China’s antitrust investigations into the active pharmaceutical ingredients, or API, sector should be fixed by improving sectoral guidelines, because enforcers usually take selective approaches when pursuing cases involving exclusive distribution of such ingredients, an expert advisor to the country's State Council wrote in a recent article.
