Lonza, Quidel change business practices after EU antitrust scrutiny

Swiss biotech company Lonza and US diagnostic specialist Quidel have both ended business practices suspected of being anticompetitive after the European Commission looked into complaints about them.
The EU watchdog has now closed its inquiries, which came to light last week when the commission published its 2021 annual report trumpeting
