Live Nation, Ticketmaster say New York isn’t appropriate forum for US DOJ, states' monopoly suit

Live Nation and Ticketmaster told a US judge that New York isn't the appropriate forum for the Department of Justice and a multistate coalition to bring monopolization claims against it, and that the government is trying to circumvent a consent decree that was finalized in the District of Columbia.
