Linx allowed to participate in Brazil review of Itaú-Totvs financial services joint venture

Linx has been allowed to participate in the review of a planned joint venture between Brazil-based bank Itaú Unibanco and software firm Totvs to operate a digital platform of financial services focused on small-to-medium-sized companies.
To form the JV, Itaú is planning to acquire a 50 percent stake in Totvs’
