Lear files acquisition of heated-seats leader IGB for EU review

US automotive seating products supplier Lear has requested EU approval for its plan to buy global seat-climate-control leader IG Bauerhin, according to an update today on the European Commission's register of deals. 

The regulator has set an April 24 deadline to decide on the deal.
