KPS-backed Speira’s acquisition of recycler Real Alloy Europe submitted for EU review

KPS Capital Partners, the owner of aluminum giant Speira, has requested EU approval to acquire European recycler Real Alloy Europe, according to an update today on the European Commission's register of deals.

The EU executive has set an Oct. 5 deadline to decide on the deal.
