Keysight Technologies to pay $6.6 million in US settlement over alleged software export violations

Keysight Technologies will pay $6.6 million to settle US government allegations that the tech company exported unauthorized software for testing radar equipment on fixed or mobile platforms to several countries, including sanctioned countries China and Russia, the State Department announced today.
