Kazakh silicon metal exporters challenge US Commerce decision to impose 160 percent duty

Two exporter-producers of silicon metal from Kazakhstan have asked the US Court of International Trade to review a decision to impose duties of 160 percent on their imports based on a Commerce Department determination that the Kazakh government subsidizes the imports.
