Judge questions need to continue lock-up of air cargo executive convicted of price-fixing

A federal judge today questioned the need to keep former air-cargo carrier executive Maria Christina Ullings in prison for the remaining four months of her price-fixing sentence while the Covid-19 pandemic rages on and puts the 66-year old woman — diagnosed with hypertension — at risk of death or illness.
