Judge in JetBlue-American Airlines US joint venture trial delves into effects of deal

The federal judge hearing the US Department of Justice’s challenge to JetBlue and American Airlines’ Northeast Alliance today said he's still trying to understand the position of the two sides on the alleged effects of the deal, as well as the specific provisions within the agreement and what they mean.
