JFTC's economic affairs bureau chief Shuichi Sugahisa appointed as commission's top bureaucrat

Shuichi Sugahisa, the outspoken director general of the Japan Fair Trade Commission's economic affairs bureau, will be appointed to the commission's top bureaucratic position as its new secretary general, effective Jan. 15, MLex has learned.
