Iveco defeats trucks-cartel claim in Italy over second-hand vehicles

Truckmaker Iveco has seen off a lawsuit in Naples after a court ruled most of the 82 vehicles making up the cartel-damage claim were used trucks and so not covered by the European Commission's 2016 antitrust decision.
Hauler S. Trans S.r.l. brought the claim against the fined companies, including T+DAF
