Irish ruling on Custom House Capital payouts stresses speed over accuracy

Clients of Ireland’s Custom House Capital could be set to get millions of euros in compensation a decade after the investment firm collapsed, after judges at the High Court in Dublin swept away arguments that the benefit of future asset sales should be deducted from their claims.
