Irish Data Protection Commission posts lawyer Hawkes as permanent representative in Brussels

Regulatory lawyer Gráinne Hawkes is the Irish Data Protection Commission’s new permanent representative in Brussels, MLex has learned.
The current deputy commissioner is understood to be beginning the role this week, to be available to brief European lawmakers on the data commission’s work.
