Iowa poised to become sixth US state to enact privacy legislation

Iowa is poised to become the sixth US state to enact consumer privacy legislation.
Both the Iowa House and Senate have passed a business-friendly bill, SF 262, backed by the tech industry. The Iowa House voted unanimously to send the bill to the governor’s desk on Wednesday.
