Investindustrial files Guala Closures deal for EU review

Investindustrial has requested EU approval to acquire control over bottle-cap maker Guala Closures, according to an update on the European Commission's case register. The competition watchdog has set an initial March 24 deadline to decide on the deal.

The transaction was filed to the authority on Wednesday, the update shows.
