Intermarché at risk of EUR150 million French fine over buying alliances' terms with suppliers

Intermarché faces a possible fine of 150.75 million euros ($180 million) after the French economy ministry asked the Paris Commercial Court to sanction the supermarket group over alleged abusive commercial practices towards its suppliers.

The government said today that it had summoned Intermarché to the Paris Commercial Court for allegedly pursuing abusive practices
