Intel's rebate deal for Dell passed key antitrust test, chipmaker tells EU court

Intel's rebate program to get its chips into Dell computers didn't fall foul of a crucial economic test that indicates anticompetitive conduct, the tech giant told EU judges this morning. 
The European Commission countered that its test had made “reasonable” estimates of costs and the market share up for grabs.
