India's new antitrust chief takes charge, faces large backlog of work

A week after the Indian government announced the appointment of Ravneet Kaur to head the country’s antitrust regulator, the agency’s first female chairperson took over the reins on Tuesday.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs appointed Kaur to head the Competition Commission of India, or CCI, on May 15 (see here),
