In Nokia appeal, Düsseldorf Regional Court judges uphold decision to refer dispute with Daimler to EU top court

Judges at the Regional Court of Düsseldorf today upheld their decision in November last year to refer to the EU's top court a dispute between Nokia and Daimler over the latter’s alleged infringement of a cellular technology standard-essential patent for connected cars, MLex has learned.
