In Google Play Store monopolization case, US judge favors jury trial, suggests second trial on damages

Google’s court fight with three dozen US state attorneys general, Epic Games and developer and consumer plaintiffs over its alleged monopolization of apps and in-app payments on Android should go to a jury, with sequential trials on liability and then on potential damages, the California federal judge in the case urged
