In DOJ-led Google case, US judge finds middle ground in discovery dispute

The judge overseeing a US Department of Justice-led monopolization suit against Google found middle ground in a discovery dispute between the two sides, ordering the DOJ and state attorneys general to hone their document requests, while also saying Google could show more “flexibility.”
