Illumina served with EU charge sheet proposing interim measures over Grail deal

Illumina has been served with an EU charge sheet proposing interim measures to preserve competition in the wake of the European Commission’s prohibition of its Grail acquisition, MLex has learned.

Today’s charge sheet aims to extend existing measures so that they remain in place while the EU merger regulator and the companies wrangle
