Illumina’s challenge to Grail merger veto won’t be fast-tracked, EU court decides

Illumina’s legal challenge against the European Commission’s 2022 prohibition of its Grail acquisition won’t face an accelerated review in the courts, MLex has learned.

Judges at the EU’s lower-tier General Court have rejected a request for “expedited” treatment that was made by the commission, defending the merger veto, rather than Illumina (see here).
