Illumina gets EU charge sheet for Grail gun-jumping, Commission to seek interim measures

US gene-sequencing company Illumina has received a formal charge sheet concerning the alleged breach of its standstill obligation in its acquisition of cancer-testing company Grail, the European Commission has said.
