Illumina files Grail buyout for EU review after French referral

Illumina filed its request for EU approval to buy cancer-testing company Grail on Wednesday, MLex has learned. 

The European Commission updated its website with the deal on Thursday, and set a deadline of July 22 to decide on the transaction.*
