IAG's bid for Air Europa heads for in-depth EU review

International Airlines Group’s takeover of Spanish rival Air Europa is heading for an in-depth EU probe, MLex has learned.
The opening of an extended investigation tomorrow will prolong the investigation for four months, pushing the deadline to early November at least.
