Hydrocortisone price-fixing UK appeal should be heard in stages, judge says

An upcoming appeal by Auden McKenzie, Allergan and other drug companies over antitrust fines imposed by the UK’s competition regulator should be heard in stages, a judge suggested today.

A handful of drugmakers are appealing more than 260 million pounds ($344 million) in sanctions imposed by the Competition and Markets Authority
