Hollywood Foreign Press Association gets monopolization complaint thrown out of US court (*update)

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, host of the Golden Globes, has seen off an antitrust suit accusing it of monopolizing the entertainment news market, with US District Court Judge Stanley Blumenfeld denying the plaintiffs leave to amend and refile the complaint for a second time.
