Highly anticipated CP, Tesco deal review in Thailand could start next week

The long-awaited review of Charoen Pokphand’s $10.6 billion takeover of Tesco’s Southeast Asian businesses might finally kick off next week, MLex has learned, after the parties submitted the additional documents required by Thailand’s antitrust regulator.
