Heinz, Hemmer tell CADE deal will result in overlaps in ketchup, yellow mustard, barbecue sauce markets

US-based Kraft Heinz's Brazilian subsidiary has told the national competition authority that its planned acquisition of Hemmer will result in overlaps of 40-50 percent in the markets for ketchup, yellow mustard and barbecue sauce in Brazil.
