Hapvida-Plamed deal approved with structural, behavioral remedies in Brazil

Health insurer Hapvida’s planned acquisition of Plamed’s customer portfolio has been cleared with both structural and behavioral remedies in Brazil.
The parties have agreed to close their deal only after Plamed divests its client portfolios of individual or family medical-hospital healthcare plans and of collective medical-hospital healthcare plans in Aracajú
