Haitian port FCPA retrial will proceed in July, US judge rules, denying request for continuance

A US federal judge denied a motion by Joseph Baptiste for a November date for a retrial on charges that he bribed officials in Haiti to help obtain a contract for business for port improvements, ruling that the new trial will occur in July as scheduled.
