Graphic Packaging's AR Packaging takeover will need EU, UK and Russian approval

Graphic Packaging's $1.45 billion takeover of Swedish rival AR Packaging will need antitrust approval from the European Commission, the UK's Competition and Markets Authority and Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service, the company said in a regulatory filing in the US last week.
