GoTo, Indonesia's newest and biggest tech group, asked by regulator to explain deal

Indonesia’s newest and biggest tech company, GoTo Group, was called on today by the country’s competition regulator to come and explain the details of its formation.
Created by the combination of two of Indonesia’s most successful tech startups — mobile on-demand services and payments platform Gojek and online marketplace Tokopedia
