Google, warning of monopolies, tells Supreme Court that use of Oracle's Java didn't violate copyright (correct*)

Google urged the US Supreme Court today to overturn an appeals court ruling that the company's use of Oracle's software for the Android mobile operating system violated copyright law, warning that if left to stand, the decision could allow monopolies to flourish.
