Google should be exposed to action representing 5 million consumers, UK's top court hears

Google should have to face a collective damages claim for billions of pounds on behalf of more than 5 million consumers over the harm they suffered from its privacy violation of tracking their web browsing on Apple iPhones, the UK's top court heard today.
